Robert Pattinson makes a good decision for a chance.

Justin Bieber COLLAPSED during his concert in London last night.  With a few songs left to go, he felt lightheaded and went backstage.  Supposedly, he fainted . . . and needed to be treated with oxygen.  Eventually, he came back out, did four more songs, and went to the hospital.  Don’t worry though, it sounds like he’s OK.

Kim Kardashian was hospitalized with severe stomach pains.  She was worried she was having a miscarriage, but everything turned out to be fine.  However, the doctor did order her to get some rest.  Between the stress of her divorce case and her usually hectic life, a source says she’s, quote, “not respecting her pregnancy.”

Kelly Osbourne suffered a seizure in front of a live studio audience while taping her show “Fashion Police” yesterday.  Witnesses say Kelly turned to guest host Melissa Rivers and said, quote, “I don’t feel good” . . . then fell out of her chair to the floor and started shaking.  Melissa went down to the floor to help her . . . and an audience member who happened to be some kind of emergency responder jumped in as well.

Chris Brown was caught on video blowing up at the valet parking guy at a bowling alley over a TEN DOLLAR CHARGE.  Chris got right in the guy’s face and screamed at him. Luckily, one of Chris’ boys paid the money.

This week’s new movies are the “Wizard of Oz” prequel “Oz the Great and Powerful”, starring James Franco and Mila Kunis . . . and an action movie called “Dead Man Down”, starring Colin Farrell.

Joy Behar is leaving “The View” after its current season, which will make Barbara Walters the last remaining original woman . . . unless she leaves, too.

Michael Bay may be happy to have Megan Fox play April O’Neil in his new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, but not everyone shares his opinion. Peter Laird, who created TMNT  took to his blog to voice his displeasure with the casting. “I think it is safe to say that there are probably hundreds of better choices for the role of April O’Neil.”

According to In Touch, Robert Pattinson  has banned Kristen Stewart  from the set of the movie he’s currently filming in Australia.
