A new species of bee has been named after Sheldon Cooper’s catchphrase “bazinga” on “The Big Bang Theory.” The new species was discovered by a Brazilian biologist and he named the bee “bazinga” because the bee had tricked scientists for some time with its similarity to other species.

Jennifer Lawrence is set to make her debut as guest host of “Saturday Night Live” this month, NBC said. The musical guest for Lawrence’s January 19th “SNL” episode will be The Lumineers.

George Lucas is engaged to DreamWorks animation chairman Mellody Hobson. Hobson, 43, has been dating Lucas since 2006.

Britney Spears has reportedly been showing signs of her old, unstable ways behind-the-scenes of “The X Factor.” A source says that she shows up late, she wanders around aimlessly and she is in her own world. They also say she wasn’t ready for this responsibility.
